Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original MANSORY branded box, ensuring all designer tags and protective materials are included.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
